Working with the stakeholders for your initiative,
we determine the goals, reporting requirements and objectives of
the project. The audience for your initiative is also profiled.
With your message and your audience established, scope, key success
factors and risks are defined. Deliverables, milestones, schedule
and criteria for success are discussed and documented.

Based on the requirements for your project,
we’ll design an instructional strategy to best teach and
meet the objectives. Appropriate technologies, ones that meets
your instructional, administrative and reporting needs are chosen.
The instructional strategy will likely include the tone of the
training or communication, the look and organization, as well
as defining user interactions and experiences.

After you approve the design, we script the
first module. Your input and feedback on the script is critical
in establishing the correct content and tone. Once you approve
the script, we produce the training and communications material
applying code, animations, graphics and sounds when suitable.

Your products should never be released before
they are tested. Your training and communications material are
tested not only for their technical integrity, but also for their
usability. Performing end user and focus group testing ensures
the message is hitting its mark. Click

Your deliverables are revised according to
bug reports and feedback, tested again, reviseed again, then implemented.
The
script to implement process repeats until all deliverables are
complete.
Results
are collected and analyzed. Data is measured against the success
criteria earlier defined.
